Details about Party Kits:

Kit sizes will vary with theme (16-24 Guests) and are meant to maximize the different quantities of the individual products included in that mix. We do offer options to add additional table settings to each kit to ensure that you have enough supplies for each guest.

In order to ensure each party is up to our standard we do not offer substitutions for the product mix or sell only parts of the kits, but we are happy to add to the fun with additional party options.

Please note that any kits ordered 72 hours prior to your event may require substitutions of product in case we are out of something,  However, you will be notified and the new decor will be curated to match the aesthetic of the kit. 

"Assembly Required" is such a buzzkill.  We want to make sure your party is as stress free as we can make it.  Any decor that requires assembly will come ready to decorate with.  Although you may need a friend to help hang a banner or backdrop with you!

We want to make the day of as

seamless as possible! We will gladly pick up the dessert and Flowers (pick-ups Must be within delivery radius). If you need for us to pick up desserts from multiple locations please give us a call or email us.

delivery block 1-2 hours prior to

your party's start time.

If you need to change your delivery time we will do our best to accommodate but can not guarantee based on availability.

Return policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled between 24-48 hours prior to scheduled delivery will be partially refunded up to 50%

  • Orders cancelled < 24 hours are non-refundable. 

  • No Return on Balloons, Balloon Garland & Tassels

  • No Returns of unused product post party

  • "Party Time" goods can be returned to the store for a full refund within 7 days of purchase
