Each balloon bouquet comes with 8 - 11" helium filled balloons finished with a tassel weight.

• Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery for a full refund.

• Orders cancelled between 24-48 hours prior to scheduled delivery will be partially refunded up to 50%

• Orders cancelled < 24 hours are non-refundable. 

• No Returns of unused product post party.
